Refund & Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of research chemicals and applicable regulations, our return policy is limited. We are committed to ensuring every order arrives correctly and in good condition.
1. Non-Returnable Products
All research chemical and peptide products are non-returnable. Due to regulatory requirements governing the handling and chain-of-custody of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of any peptide or chemical product under any circumstances, except as described in Section 2 (Damaged or Incorrect Items).
This policy exists to maintain product integrity, comply with federal and state regulations, and protect the safety of our staff and customers. We cannot verify that returned products have been stored appropriately or that their composition remains unaltered.
No returns are accepted once an item has been opened, regardless of the reason. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy.
The one exception to this rule is for peptides found to be <99% purity. If, upon 3rd party review, any research peptides are found to be under 99% purity, refund will be given once sufficient evidence of testing is provided.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund under this policy, you must:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at support@uspeptidescience.com
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- Include clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product itself
Claims submitted after 7 calendar days from delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to process your claim.
Upon approval of your claim, we will, at our discretion, issue either:
- A replacement shipment of the correct or undamaged item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
3. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your original payment method.
Refunds are returned to the original form of payment:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–7 business days (may vary by bank)
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us, as processing times can vary by institution.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@uspeptidescience.com with your order number. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible.
5. Shipping Errors by Carrier
If your package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but was not received, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where confirmed lost, will ship a replacement or issue a refund. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address on the order.
