1. Research Use Only

All products sold by US Peptide Science (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are intended strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. These products are research chemicals and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any other purpose outside of controlled laboratory research.

By purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional representative purchasing these products solely for legitimate scientific research purposes. You agree not to use our products for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any other purpose involving human or animal subjects outside of a properly licensed research setting.

Any misuse of our products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We accept no liability for any harm arising from use of our products outside of their intended research application.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from US Peptide Science. By placing an order, you affirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund purchasers who we believe to be under 18. Misrepresenting your age to purchase our products is a violation of these Terms and may violate applicable law.

3. Account Terms

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@uspeptidescience.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may not transfer your account to any other person or entity without our prior written consent.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Sales tax may be applied to orders in applicable jurisdictions in accordance with state and local laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific research requirements or that the results of any research conducted using our products will be accurate, complete, or reliable. Specifications such as purity are based on our analytical testing and are provided in good faith, but we make no guarantee that results will be identical in all laboratory conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL US PEPTIDE SCIENCE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@uspeptidescience.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed to binding arbitration.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality.
