Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and do not include weekends or holidays. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected method, and order weight. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly at usps.com or through your account order history.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become active in the USPS system.
5. Packaging
All peptide products are shipped in discreet, sealed packaging appropriate for research chemicals. Products requiring temperature stability are packaged with appropriate insulation and cold packs where necessary. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and refrigerating or freezing lyophilized peptides promptly.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management in case it was left nearby
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@uspeptidescience.com. We will work with USPS to investigate and, where confirmed lost, will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@uspeptidescience.com — we can correct it if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
8. Shipping & Returns
